This does not look very promising to me. A realty company in Rocky Mount buys this house? What could they possibly have in mind? Well, from their web site:

I read that as saying: "We find properties for absentee slumlords."
I would really like to know how Preservation Durham let this happen. If the previous owner decided that he wanted to out, why didn't they make it clear that they would buy the property instead of letting him sell it to someone out of town? If anyone at Preservation Durham can answer that question, I wish they would.
