Hotel?

Thought I'd missed out on some big downtown development news for a minute, until I remembered The Movie. Points from me on Rotten Tomatoes if they call it the Hotel Carrolina.

After you check in be sure to have dinner at the new restaurant on Orange Street. Complete with without seating.

Wow, I was totally fooled by the Orange Street "restaurant". My girlfriend and I saw that on Sunday and thought it might be some initial advertising for a new restaurant. The silverware was particularly interesting!
I think it's a little sad that a movie that is supposedly portraying Durham of ten years ago is creating building uses that should be created in real life! Orange Street is the perfect place for restaurants and lunch spots with outdoor seating. Anyone know if that's an actual possibility?
That's the most action that canopy has seen since we (CT Wilson and Budd Piper Roofing) put it back together a few years ago.
Here it sits on the ground wasting away at Budd Piper's.
