This was the Mr. Buck Lowe home. He was the janitor at Fidelity Bank at the corner of Anger and Driver. The bank was run by Hurley Parrish. I remember when Mr. Lowe died. His body was view directly at the home. At the time that was a standard practice ..it was the 50's.
